![]() The salesman Ed Okin is arguing with me over texts, seriously? He called and lied saying I was approved but I need $3,000 down. So basically this dealership is so unprofessional it is not even funny. So better check your oil level.Ĥ200 miles and already listening for a knock in this engine thanks to Al packer West Palm Quick Lane. You take your vehicle to the dealer so this does not happen and still it does. 1,2 and 3 5.0 liter Mustang V8's have always had a 8 to 8 1/2 quart oil capacity. limit now I see the dealer will send them out low on oil. I can better explain how that might have happened with a stock tune and rev. I traded in a 2014 GT with 32,000 miles for this one after that engine was replaced with a re-manufactured service engine under the 60k powertrain warranty after knock was diagnosed and two bad rod bearings found with metal in filter and pan. I put two quarts in and it came up to the hash marks between the two holes. ![]() I checked the service paperwork and they listed it as a 6 qt. I checked the oil level when I got home and it was barely showing on the tip of the dipstick. James fit me in late on a Saturday, they washed my car and the oil change was complimentary, I was initially happy with my service experience. I took my 2018 Mustang GT I purchased at the Royal Palm Beach Al Packer into the Military Trail Quick Lane for the the first oil change. Four loaners and six weeks later they returned the car to me with a new engine, I should have terminated the relationship then. Personally after all this, I’ll stick with Chevy where I have always been treated with dignity and respect, not to mention that the motor never had to be replaced at 11,000 miles as happened with my leased Ford. How’s all that for customer service? I could list much more but I would rather forget about this horror show, Wayne Acres Ford is only a short distance away from Al Packer and I would strongly suggest trying it as an alternative if you’re set on buying a Ford. The salesman has apologized multiple times via telephone and text, it’s been 5 days and I still don’t have the spare set of keys promised that day. When I asked if my my Sun Pass and gated community pass had been switched over I was told the lease car I turned in was still unlocked and to go get them. ![]() I bought the car sight unseen and was handed the keys in the parking lot by a man I’d never met who filled it with gas, he had to show me where the car was. The manager was just as bad implying that I do not know how many miles I drive each year among other inappropriate and unsolicited comments. Fortunately I deal with contracts for a living and have purchased and leased many cars so his voice wasn’t necessary, I couldn’t stand to hear another word anyway. I signed the loan papers in complete silence, he would not explain anything and didn’t want to speak. I would have to say the level of condescending arrogance from the finance man was unparalleled. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had buying or leasing a car, and I did both, there isn’t even a close second place.
